Position:                     Intensive Community Family Support Clinician

Reports to:                Children’s Behavioral Health Team Leader

Salary:                        Bargaining Unit Scale

Duties:            The Intensive Community Family Support (ICFS) Clinician is responsible for providing intensive individual treatment to children who are returning to the community from residential programs. Coordinates closely with HBH ICFS case manager and/or prescribers at least weekly to assist in creating and implementing treatment goals and assessing progress of family. Provide a variety of clinical and supportive interventions individualized to meet the broad needs of the children and their families. Must participate on an evenings, night, weekends and holidays on call schedule.

Qualifications:           Must be a licensed Social Worker or licensed eligible, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or licensed eligible.  Must have 3 to five year post graduate experience working with children with trauma and severe mental health illness and the ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team.
