Systems of Care (SOC) |
| Systems of Care (SOC) services are designed to develop and strengthen support systems for families who have children at risk of being removed or returning to the home after hospitalizations. "Network Therapy" is the principle strategy used to strengthen the family support system. Case management services include on-site "family network" meetings; advocacy for parents and children; individual supportive counseling; linkages and referrals to service providers; and bilingual/bicultural capabilities for clients who speak Spanish only. |
