Hartford Behavioral Health is a community based behavioral health organization established to provide behavioral health services to residents of the greater Hartford community.  HBH is a non-profit organization with a board of directors composed of mental health professionals and consumers.  Since it's establishment in 1983, HBH has uniquely met the cultural and linguistic needs of the city's African American and Latino populations.
