Intensive Community Family Support
               
         
ICFS is an Intensive Community Family Support Program. The program’s objective is to provide intensive services to children who are returning to the community from residential programs and their families in which they have been placed. Referrals are exclusively from Department of Children & Families

 

The ICFS program provides the following services to the families:
  • –Team approach intervention
  • –Intensive case management
  • –Home visits
  • –Clinical therapeutic treatment
  • –24 hour on call for crisis intervention
  • –Rap around psychiatric services
  • –Transportation as needed for appointments
  • –APRN services
